I decided to use refractory mortar instead of home brew for the dome build.
I believe they made a mistake in that order over $75.00 had free shipping. So, I ordered 2 of the 50 lb bags for $139.00What comes easy won't last long, and what lasts long won't be easy. -
It was definitely more expensive than using the home brew mortar. But, I couldn't be happier. It held the bricks nicely. I only needed to use sticks for support on the top 2 courses.What comes easy won't last long, and what lasts long won't be easy.Comment
