Thanks for the pictures of the underside of your stand. I just bought the metal for my stand and will be welding it soon. Your pictures gave me some good ideas.
Looks great! I like the mosaic. Did you have to lay each piece individually or did you use sheets? I tried to use sheets on my igloo style but could not get the tiles to line up after 3 sheets, so I put the 1" x 1" on individually.
I know this is an old thread - but I just re-found it!
Now that it has been in use for a while - any thoughts of what you might do differently?
Are your casters surviving?
Any corrosion?

The oven is working flawlessly. The casters were high quality and are holding up with no issues. I really don't move the oven. I had to show it as portable to meet the fire code in my county, so that is why it's on wheels. The metal stand has no corrosion. I had it powder coated and it is also holding up well. I do keep the oven covered when not in use. That also keeps it in good shape.
