the outer color coat is separating from the first coat. I believe i followed the recommended coat thickness. i just think this is the side of the dome that doesn't get any sun. first coat never dried completely when i applied the color coat, i assume. the rest of dome that gets constant sunshine is fine.

STO base that i had to mix myself and then the finish came in 5 gallon bucket ready to go.. i followed all instructions..

Base should have cured for several weeks prior to installing finish coat. The base needs to be 100% dry/cured before finish gets applied. A bonding/priming agent between base and finish coat would have helped but that's all hind sight. Also while an elastomeric finish coat is curing it should not be exposed to rain/moisture or freezing temps, preferably for 2 weeks. I would wait for a couple days of warm (50 degree plus) dry weather days and patch it. Use a paint brush to feather the patch into the existing finish and you'll barely notice it.
