  • Dome clearing soot.?

    I am at 700 deg with bringing my temp up just wanna know when the dome starts clearing is it ready to go ?

    You are getting there, once it moves down the walls you are GTG.

      Just to add a bit. After you do the above check the floor. I found you want it to be 700 - 750 for pizza.
