Well - time for another update! We FINALLY cooked in the oven on Dec 16th - 8 months and 1 day after we broke ground. And that was actually during one of the later curing fires. At full temp, we've now cooked in it four times. We are still out there somewhere in the learning curve. We just about have the dough figured out, and are learning more about the way the oven heats up. I'll be adding more photos today.Comment
