What to Use for Outer Layer

I'm looking for suggestions on what to use for the very outer layer (over perlcrete layer). Preferably something with fiberglass strands. If it's something that I'd mix on my own, if you could supply the "recipe" that would be great, otherwise a commercial brand name product that could be used.

Typically stucco (also called render) is used for that layer. Any number of brand name versions available in 80lb bags, with and without fibers, available at your local big box store. Here in the U.S., Sakrete and Quikrete are commonly available brands. I used La Habra on my enclosure walls, a slightly higher-quality brand carried at Lowes.
