White cement is "burned" by metal tools, so for pools and white masonry, you have to use either persplex or high carbon trowels to keep from making black marks as you finish it. You guys do not have white cement?

We do....lol
I went to perspex many years ago due to the "burning" on mortar joints, yet a lot of my bricklaying friends still use steel jointers, then complain about "burning", strange.
