i was thinking the same as i have a 30mm lump of iron from a digger .that is lovely and flat .. then i thought if it slips out of what is holding it up . it now becomes guillotine . so maybe something tin ish. with a lip on it . so not to chop off some bits .. or if you leave it sharp you could chop your pizza with it . by dropping it on it a couple of times.,,
