Quick question to those who have placed their ovens on concrete. I poured a 3.5" slab, connected to a thinner slab for BBQ and counter, and I am curious on how long folks waited before putting their oven on the slab. The 3.5" slab will take close to a month to fully cure, but of course you could walk on it now if I had poured it ground level. The Giardino 70 I am putting on it is about 500 lbs, and it will rest largely directly over the CMU base, so not a lot of load on the concrete that is not supported by the base. I would love to place the oven on top this weekend, 5-7 days after pouring, but I also do not want cracks.... any thoughts?
