Looking for a good inexpensive pizza dough work surface. I was in a tile store the other day and saw beautful 24" X 48" porcelain/ceramic tiles for about $21.00 each.. They were slick like granite.
Has anyone used or have any experience with these tiles for kneading-making doughballs and preparing pizzas for the oven?
