I don't know if you have fire brick there but that is what you need. I am retired and in Payson and would like to offer you my help if you would like. I have built two ovens, one out of the wrong material and the second that has survived for going on 3 years and still looks great. I have lots of pictures but havent figured how to upload so I have given up on that.Leave a comment:

A New Journey
Hello Everyone,
My name is Loren Suess and I'm new to the FB forum/Website. I live in South Jordan, Utah and have been looking to build a Pizza Oven for about a year and a half. I just moved and finally have enough space to be able to do it so I'm jumping in head first and getting going as quickly as possible. I have a new house though so although I have the desire to go full steam ahead with this new project I'm sure several other things may take some priority. With that said, I will be making updates to this Thread and asking questions so I'm looking forward to discussing my Journey with many of you and a big Thanks to Russel AKA UtahBeehiver for getting me started. He donated some much needed information as well as some materials
