Dreaming of oven for many years, now want to start

How close is your vent to any wood? I have mind under a metal and wood pergola. Even with the oven at 1000 degrees the top of the chimney vent doesn't get above 350 and none of the wood got above 110 degrees.

I didn't want to go through the roof as I want to take the chimey off to seal it up during the winter months. I'm on my second build due to weather issues.
