Not to discount the youtube video but there are some inherent design issues with that IT which could cause some construction problems. One of the main baseline design on the FB forum is shown on the attached link. There are many variations of this design, some non welded as well. But a few key items are important. One, the pivot point on the floor should be as close as possible to the floor level, two, the IT rod needs to be adjustable (an inch or so), three, the centerline of the IT rod must intersect the centerline of the brick so you brick bracket needs to be mounted to the rod accordingly. If do not have access to a welder or someone who can weld there are many non weld versions.
