Yes, got the pipe, adapter, and cap from Menards - they were on sale at the time so it was the best price. I think I got the adapter from Amazon - Dektite #8 Red Silicone Metal Roof Pipe Flashing. I thought I was being smart by putting the hole between two of the high ridges in the roofing but did end up creating a dam. Too late by the time I noticed so will watch it and if it corrodes I'll reskin the roof and adjust the panels so it can drain better. Here is a picture so you can see what not to do...
