This is getting exciting. I will be publishing the schedule later today. I can confirm that we will be doing very similar demonstrations on both days, do you will not miss anything if you only come for one day.
We are working with the demonstrators to finalize the schedule -- so stand by for that.
We sure had nice weather this weekend -- now all we need to do is repeat it next weekend. You couldn't miss the golf tournament; cars, people and barricades everywhere. :-)

I hope you bring the dry central valley weather. We are asking everyone to pre-register. We don't want to worry about looking after cash at the event, and we would like to get a good headcounter before.
That would be great. We are keeping the registration system working until Friday afternoon. It's all about head count and dough. :-)
We are at 120 and counting.
The last thing I heard today was the Antonio Laudisio was planning on showing some great wood-fired dishes that he has recently come up with for his Boulder, CO restaurant. It sounds good to me.
